Visit us at Farm World for your FREE farmer Health and Lifestyle Assessment. These 20-minute health assessments include a lifestyle survey covering health behaviours, farm practices and social and emotional wellbeing. The assessment includes cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure readings along with diabetes risk, BMI, % body fat and eyesight testing.
The aims and objectives of the Health and Lifestyle Assessments are;
To identify health and wellbeing risk factors in agricultural producers, farm workers and associated industries.
To provide knowledge and skills to assist rural people to enhance their health, wellbeing and safety practices.
To identify health indicators in agricultural regions of Australia to better target future research and service delivery.

About Farm World
For more than half a century, this premier regional agricultural show has been providing patrons the opportunity to get up close and talk with experts in the field, learn all there is to know about farm machinery – with live demonstrations throughout the event, farm animals at the livestock pavilions and purchase some great products direct from the makers and suppliers across the site. A haven for the farming community but also a great event for locals and urbanites with a passion for the great outdoors.
With up to 100 acres of exhibitor displays, both indoors and out, you’ll find equipment, farm machinery, clothing, sheds, outdoor living including boats, caravans, horse floats, and vehicles, technology, plants, plus masses of must-have tools. And it wouldn’t be Farm World without a huge variety of animals. You can chat with the cattle breeders in “Cattle Corner” and check out the different breeds, watch the kelpie dogs round up sheep, or chat to an alpaca.
Returning in 2022 will be the Telstra Women in Ag lunch, a signature event and highlight for many. In conjunction with the Royal Melbourne Show, Farm World will host the Victorian Young Farmer Challenge where contestants will battle it out for the ultimate farmer crown. The young farmers will also compete in the tractor-trailer backing competition between farmers and our machinery dealers – come and cheer them all on!
The Freestyle Kings Motorcross team will thrill everyone with their dare devil skills from Friday to Sunday, whilst on Saturday night the Farm World rodeo will happen after exhibitor trading closes – you can purchase a ticket for both Farm World and the rodeo. The Events Centre will come alive with String & Salt and their demonstration kitchen and appliance showroom. The lovely ladies from the CWA will be serving their famous scones, jam & cream – make sure you save room for these treats. An array of caterers are at the event to satisfy your hunger – you’ll find many varieties of food to choose from.
Farm World boasts a huge variety of unique and memorable experiences and value for all visitors including cattle dogs, pony rides, animal nursery, live music, food & drink, demonstrations and presentations, and so much more! Great fun and entertainment for all the family, and after the COVID restrictions and lockdowns, we can’t wait for Farm World 2022!
