Modules for farmer mental wellbeing
Do you work in a farming operation and want to learn more about mental health and wellbeing – tailored specifically to farmers?
Would you like to pick up some tools to help to keep on track with your mental wellbeing?

The Mind Maintenance Toolkit is an online, self-paced module series – accessible at any time and in any order to fit in with you and your learning.
Delivered as a series of eight online education modules the Mind Maintenance Toolkit addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by farmers, providing practical information, strategies, and resources to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
The modules:
- Are easily accessible, regardless of your location and only take 10 minutes to complete
- Are designed to be engaging, user-friendly, and self-paced, allowing you to learn in your own style at your own convenience
- Provide you with information and tools to support your wellbeing and the wellbeing of your farming community.

How to Access the Modules
The modules are hosted on the Moodle learning management system, and it’s easy to get started.
First you will need to set up a National Centre for Farmer Health Moodle account.
You can can complete the modules:
- Via your web browser
- Or on your smartphone or tablet by downloading the Moodle app from your app store — just search ‘Moodle’, then log in with your username and password




Make sure you enrol in the course so you can save your progress and pick up where you left off anytime.
