Mind Maintenance Toolkit

Modules for farmer mental wellbeing

Do you work in a farming operation and want to learn more about mental health and wellbeing – tailored specifically to farmers?

Would you like to pick up some tools to help to keep on track with your mental wellbeing?

The Mind Maintenance Toolkit is an online, self-paced module series – accessible at any time and in any order to fit in with you and your learning.

The online education modules will address the unique needs and challenges faced by farmers, providing practical information, strategies, and resources to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

The resources are easily accessible, regardless of your location and only take 10 minutes to complete each module. They are designed to be engaging, user-friendly, and self-paced, allowing you to learn in your own style at your own convenience. They will equip you with knowledge and tools to foster a culture of self-care to build healthier and happier farming communities.

The Mind Maintenance Toolkit pilot is proudly supported by Thankful 4 Farmers.
