Our 20-minute Health & Lifestyle Assessments are conducted by trained agrihealth professionals and include:
- Blood pressure measurement
- Cholesterol levels measurement
- Blood glucose measurement and risk of diabetes
- Height, weight and waist measurements
- Eyesight testing
- Information on your health, wellbeing and safety status and how to improve it.
The assessment provides you with immediate results in a take home ‘personal health passport’ along with recommendations and relevant education and resources to help you take follow-up action.
