We’re offering free, 20-minute Health & Lifestyle Assessments (HLA’s) for farmers and agricultural workers.
These quick, confidential assessments provide a practical snapshot of your health, including checks of blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, BMI, eyesight, and diabetes risk. You’ll also complete a short lifestyle survey covering health behaviours, mental wellbeing, and farm safety.
You’ll receive immediate results, along with personalised advice, resources, and practical tips to support your health and wellbeing.
