The National Centre for Farmer Health is offering FREE 20-minute Health & Lifestyle Assessments at our Hamilton Clinic.
Each assessment includes a lifestyle survey covering health behaviours, farm practices and social and emotional wellbeing.
As part of the confidential check, cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure readings are taken, as well as diabetes risk, body fat % and eyesight testing, all of which are done on the day. Immediate results & personalised advice.
