As part of this year’s National Ag Day, “Our Farmers, Our Future” We’re bringing free farmer health and lifestyle assesments to the Hamilton Regional Livestock Exchange (HRLX).
A Health and Lifestyle Assessment is an excellent way to check in on your health.
As part of the confidential health assessment, cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure readings are taken, as well as diabetes risk, body fat % and eyesight testing, all of which are done on the day. The 20-minute assessment also includes a lifestyle survey covering health behaviours, farm practices and social and emotional wellbeing.
