The National Centre for Farmer Health will be on site at the Eyre Peninsula Field Days, offering free Health and Lifestyle Assessments as part of a partnership with the Community Bank Eyre Peninsula.
Our Health and Lifestyle Assessments are quick, easy, and could make a real difference to your health. Our Farmer Health clinicians provide a 20-minute check-up including:
- Blood pressure.
- Cholesterol levels.
- Blood glucose and diabetes risk.
- Height, weight and waist measurements.
- Eyesight testing.
- Personalised health, wellbeing and safety advice.
